Scrambled Tofu — Original

Ingredients

olive oil — splash

small onion — 1, peeled and chopped

garlic — 3 or 5 cloves, peeled and minced

tofu — 1 pound, drained, crumbled

turmeric — 1/2 teaspoon

cumin — 1/8 teaspoon

Braggs (or soy sauce) — two tablespoons 


Instructions

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Cut up the onions and garlic and stir-fry in the olive oil for 4 or 5 minutes. 


2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Stir-fry for 10 minutes, until moisture has evaporated. Makes 3-4 servings.
